“Joanna was an incredible doula for the birth of our first child. She wore so many hats during the entire day - everything from giving constant prayer and encouragement, coaching on progressing labor, making sure we were both eating and drinking, giving hands-on support to mitigate Lindsey’s back labor pains, and so much more. We felt so supported by her all day, and literally couldn’t imagine giving birth without her there. There are lots of good doulas out there, but her ability to be an amazing doula AND point us to scripture and truth throughout our entire pregnancy and labor are what we appreciate most.
