“Working with Joanna as our doula was a wonderful experience. The meetings before birth gave me confidence as a first-time mom that I could give birth and be well cared for throughout the process. She also coached my husband so he’d know how to support me during labor. When contractions intensified at home, Joanna gave me exactly the advice I needed to stay calm and labor at home for most of the process. During transition, she was right by our side, helping us move forward confidently. When I needed to transfer to the hospital, her prayers and encouragement gave me peace and trust that everything would be okay. She even ensured my husband could ride with me in the ambulance. After our baby girl Ariella arrived, Joanna continued offering guidance through the hospital’s questions and recommendations. She was there for both of us every step of the way, and I’m so grateful for her support, prayers, and encouragement.”
